THE BRIEF.
In anticipation of Aurinia’s 2021 National Sales Meeting, we were asked to design a logo, branding, core messaging and launch materials for a prestigious president’s club, including a teaser/intro video.
Using the aurinia saxatilis flower and its characteristics as inspiration, we got to work…

THE RESULTS.
Before the 2021 National Sales Meeting, each representative on the Aurinia sales team received a gold-plated challenge coin in the mail, housed within a box that contained a QR code link to the video teaser.
The program not only incentivized sales reps to go out and compete for the chance to be accepted to the Aurinia Gold Cup Summit; it also reminded them daily of their responsibility to serve their patients and to make a difference.
Each year going forward, the Aurinia Gold Cup winners will be rewarded with an executive trip and the chance to give back to the community through various charitable events.
